I wanted to tell you the truth
You have to believe me you see
But that darned old stinking fib
He climbed inside of me

He walked into my head
And crawled up in my brain
He stomped upon the truth
He made me feel insane

He wrung the truth around
And stuffed it out my nose
From there the truth was gone
And where? Nobody knows
